Estate approvals

Almost everything here sits inside an estate with rules on external works, plant noise and contractor access. We prepare the submission: dimensioned drawing, elevation, plant position and a noise figure.

Working-hours restrictions add a few days to the programme, which we build in rather than discover.

Repeatable stands

Because house types repeat, so do the gardens. On the common stand here a cabin along the boundary wall with a plunge in the corner leaves a usable lawn, which a freestanding cabin in the middle does not.
