Each room is drawn for its site, built and dry-assembled in our Istanbul factory, shipped to Cape Town or Durban and installed by our own crew, with a specification that changes between a wet Cape winter, a Highveld hailstorm and KZN humidity.
In a Cape or Highveld winter municipal water arrives cold and the nights do real work, so a shaded, insulated, lidded tub sits in the low teens from May to September with nothing plugged in. South Africa has passed 475 days without load shedding, including a full unbroken year in May 2026, with roughly R26.9 billion saved on diesel (South African Government; Eskom). Every cabin is dry-assembled and checked in the factory, then numbered and crated with its fixings, seals and a spares allowance. It lands at Cape Town or Durban, and our own crew installs, tests and commissions it; the final electrical connection is signed off with a Certificate of Compliance.
