Contact us about a sauna or cold plunge in Africa
WhatsApp reaches us with the detail intact, and it is fastest if you have a photograph. Tell us the country first — it decides the specification, the port and the currency — and a project manager replies within one business day.

Fastest, especially with a photograph
A photograph of the space, the route from the road and your distribution board answers most of what we would otherwise ask in three messages.
The port we ship through, and who installs
We do not keep showrooms in these countries. The survey is done on site or on a video call, the room is built in our Istanbul factory and cleared through the port below, and our own crew installs it, with the project run from our Dubai office. Remote sites — islands, the parks, upcountry — are scheduled in blocks so several properties share the journey.
