Heat rooms and cold water built for Egyptian summers — a cabin on a New Cairo roof terrace, a bathhouse in a Sheikh Zayed basement, a full thermal suite for a Red Sea resort. Each room is drawn for its site, made and dry-assembled in our Istanbul factory, shipped to Alexandria, Port Said or Sokhna and installed by our own crew, with a specification that allows for forty-degree heat, khamsin dust and Red Sea salt.
A chiller fights the gap between the water and the air, and in a Cairo July that gap passes thirty degrees. An uninsulated tub in the sun cannot be rescued with a bigger compressor, so our cold plunge tubs in Egypt start with insulation, a lid and shade, and the machine is sized after that.
The Red Sea runs around 40 parts per thousand, above the Mediterranean and well above the ocean average. A cabin that ages gracefully in Alexandria corrodes in Hurghada, so coastal rooms get A4 stainless, sealed plant enclosures and a corrosion check at every service.

Every cabin is dry-assembled and checked in the factory, then numbered and crated with its fixings, seals and a spares allowance. Our own crew installs, tests and commissions on site and trains the people who will run it. The warranty is 24 months, and service contracts follow the Egyptian intervals: three months on the coast and the desert edge.

Read more →Yes — El Gouna, Hurghada, Soma Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Sharm El-Sheikh and Ain Sokhna, plus Luxor and Aswan. Crates for the Red Sea come in through Sokhna, and service visits are grouped so several properties share the travel.
With a cold plunge beside it and the session in the evening, yes. Without cold water it is a hard sell from June to September, and we would rather say so than sell a room you will not use.
Dust and salt. A condenser on the desert edge blankets in weeks, and Red Sea salt attacks fixings continuously. Six-monthly service is a European interval that does not survive here.
Scales it solid, usually within two years on untreated mains. We specify a softener or a documented descaling routine as part of the room — the detail is in our note on hard water and steam generators in Egypt.
A single sauna or steam room takes 6–10 weeks from drawing approval to commissioning, including the factory build and shipping; a complete villa spa takes 12–16 weeks; hotels follow their construction programme.
The bands on this site are in thousands of Egyptian pounds for orientation. Contracts and invoices are in USD or EUR, itemised position by position, and a project manager replies within one business day.
