Saunas, steam rooms and cold plunges for the Seychelles: a cabin between boulders above Glacis, a granite plunge at Anse Takamaka, a thermal suite for a Praslin resort. Everything is built in our own Istanbul factory, put together there once to check it, shipped to Port Victoria and carried the last stretch by our own crew — often up a hillside, sometimes across to another island.
Before quoting we walk from the last point a vehicle reaches to where the cabin will stand and measure the narrowest gap between the boulders. Panels are made to pass it, and the cabin sits on a granite plinth pinned into bedrock or an engineered steel frame, with a cut-off drain above it.
The boulders stay: as a wall, a backdrop, shade, or the stone of a plunge basin with a honed bowl and split outer faces. Behind it sits insulation and waterproofing, because granite is the finish, not the tank.
There is no cool month and no cold night, so every plunge has a chiller and we say so before quoting. Shade, insulation and a light lid are the three things that bring the running cost down, and we give you a monthly estimate with the quote.

Before leaving Istanbul, every Seychelles cabin is built up in full, inspected, taken down and boxed with its screws, seals and a few spare parts. We clear it through customs at Port Victoria on terms agreed at the outset, and the same crew that carries it up your path installs it, starts it up and shows your household or staff how to run it.

Yes. Basins are cut in our stone shop from a single block, and occasionally shaped from a sound boulder on your plot by a local stone contractor. Anything on a suspended structure needs an engineer's sign-off first.
No — production is concentrated in our Istanbul plant, which ships to Port Victoria. Instead of a showroom visit you get photographs and films of comparable projects, and a survey on site or by video call.
Yes. The whole project travels in one consignment on the inter-island boat, and for La Digue the panels are sized for handcarts and bicycles.
Manufacturing takes six to ten weeks for one sauna or steam room from drawing sign-off, twelve to sixteen for a complete villa spa; then the voyage to Port Victoria and any island boat.
Quarterly, everywhere, because every site here is coastal. Each visit starts with a corrosion check. Maintenance contracts follow the 24-month warranty.
For a steam room, a great deal — in a good way. Rainwater is soft and kind to a generator; borehole water can scale one in months. We test the supply before choosing the generator.
