Hygiene is the design
Warm ambient accelerates everything that grows in water. Circulation, cartridge filtration and an ozone or UV stage are mandatory, not options, and a rinse shower at the entry point turns a weekly water change into a monthly one.
A visible cleaning schedule with a name against it does more for water quality than any single piece of equipment we could sell you.
Throughput
Two to four minutes in the water plus changeover gives ten to fifteen people per tub per hour. Size on your busiest hour rather than your membership list, and expect to need one more position than you first imagined.
Floor and slab
Falls to a channel drain, a non-slip surface that survives chlorine, and a towel point that keeps wet feet off the gym floor. A 900-litre tub is close to a tonne before anyone gets in, so the slab gets checked before we quote.
