We design and build saunas, steam rooms and cold plunge tubs for Kenya: a cabin in a Karen garden, a plunge deck at Diani, a thermal suite for a Mara camp. Each room is made and test-assembled in our Istanbul factory, shipped through Mombasa and installed by our own crew, with the heater corrected for Nairobi's 1,795 metres.
Thinner air carries less heat per kilowatt, so a heater chosen from a sea-level chart leaves the cabin lukewarm. We apply an altitude factor of about 1.15 and print it on the quote as its own line, so you can check the sum instead of trusting it.
Cool highland nights mean a shaded, insulated, lidded plunge barely gains heat before dawn. The compressor cycles instead of running, the monthly bill stays modest and the machine lasts longer. On the coast none of that applies, so the two are sized and priced differently.

Across 35-plus countries it has finished 1,450 projects — 220 hotel spa floors, 680 private residences — and 78 in every 100 clients return. Production runs under ISO 9001:2015, and we have been official sellers of EOS, Sentiotec, Wellis and wedi since 2015.
Before a Kenyan order leaves Istanbul, the whole cabin is built up once on the factory floor and inspected; the panels are then labelled, boxed with fixings and a spares allowance, and sent to sea. We handle customs at Mombasa, state the Incoterms upfront, and our own crew installs, commissions and trains your staff. Surveys happen in person or by video; there is no local showroom to visit, so we send photos and video of finished rooms instead.
Closer to Kenya, our crew fitted the sauna and wet areas at the Rock Classic Hotel in Tororo, Uganda. In Addis Ababa, sitting even higher than Nairobi, the factory is now producing 47 sauna cabins for the 774 m² spa of a five-star international hotel.

Most Nairobi projects start the same way: a freestanding cabin at the quiet end of a Karen or Runda garden, one window to the trees, and a plunge tub beside it. The city's evenings do half the work — at 1,795 metres the air cools after dark in every month of the year, so the hot room and the cold air it needs are both already on site. We wrote up what Kenyan buyers actually choose, from cabin sizes to the wood-fired question.
Flats follow close behind. A Kilimani or Westlands apartment rarely offers three-phase power or a floor drain, so the honest answer there is an infrared cabin on an ordinary supply — the wardrobe-sized room in a spare corner, not a scaled-down sauna that disappoints. The electrical board, not the brochure, decides which room a site can carry, which is why every quote starts with a photograph of it.

For a reliable 8 °C, yes, but a smaller one than the coast needs. For a shaded insulated tub at 14–16 °C, often none at all — and we will say so rather than sell you a machine.
No. Everything is made in our own factory in Istanbul and shipped to Kenya as a checked kit; our installation crew travels to your site. We survey in person or by video and send photos of finished projects like yours.
Yes — Diani, Mombasa, Watamu and Malindi, to a full marine specification with A4 stainless and sealed plant, and quarterly maintenance visits that include a corrosion check.
Yes. The controls keep the heater and the chiller from switching on in the same moment, the tub holds only as much as the camp's water allowance permits, and many camps skip the electric heater for a wood-fired stove.
Not for a sauna. For a steam room it decides the generator: Rift Valley and coastal boreholes differ widely in hardness and fluoride, so the water is tested on site first.
Six to ten weeks for a single sauna or steam room from drawing approval, plus shipping to Mombasa; twelve to sixteen weeks for a complete villa spa. Lodges and hotels follow their construction programme.
Twenty-four months on every room we install, and maintenance contracts after that. Contracts and invoices are in USD or EUR, with indicative shilling bands on this site.
In the city, usually electric after a look at the board — the altitude pushes some cabins into the range where three-phase matters, and most established houses have it or can arrange it. On farms and at lodges a wood-fired stove sized for the elevation is often the better room.
Yes — as an infrared cabin. It runs on an ordinary single-phase supply, needs no floor drain and stands in the footprint of a wardrobe, which is why it is what we quote for most Nairobi flats.
Yes. The cabin itself is built for weather all year; what the long rains change is the walk to it, so we plan the path, the canopy over the door and the deck drainage at the survey rather than after the first storm.
