We prepare the drawings and the submissions: conservation consent where a facade is protected, body-corporate approvals with a plant position and a noise figure, and grey-water routes where we are building inside a national park or conservation area.

A spares kit with part numbers is left on site at handover, and your team is trained to use it. Beyond that, service is quarterly on any coast and in dust, half-yearly inland, travelled in scheduled blocks so several properties share the journey.

Scales it solid, usually within two years on untreated mains. We specify a softener or a documented descaling regime as part of the room and put the interval in the handover notes.

Anchored properly, yes. The tie-down detail is the first thing we draw, not the last, and on exposed sites an engineer signs it. We also retrofit anchorage to installations that never had any.

On this island, yes, every month of the year. The argument about winter water that applies in the Cape or the East African highlands does not apply here.

Not if it is designed for it: humidistat-controlled extract that runs unattended, a written shutdown routine, a caretaker checklist and, if you want it, remote temperature and leak alarms to your phone.

Often, on a scheduled circuit. We work from your actual inverter, battery and array figures rather than guessing — and where the honest answer is no, we say so and offer an infrared cabin or a smaller cabin with a 6 kW heater instead.

Nothing, if it was designed properly. An insulated lidded tub holds temperature for many hours and the unit restarts by itself — provided the circuit is on the side of the board the changeover feeds, which we verify physically.

With an engineer's opinion on the slab, a checked or renewed waterproof membrane and a designed discharge, yes. Without the structural check we will not quote it at all.

Yes, in every month. Nothing here cools to plunge temperature by itself. Abuja and Enugu give the machine slightly easier nights, but they do not remove it.
