Materials reach Praslin by barge or ferry on a schedule. We consolidate an entire project into a single load, pack it against a written checklist and include a deliberate margin of fixings and consumables, because a forgotten bracket is not a phone call, it is a week.

Cabins are dry-assembled at Providence first so nothing is found missing on an island where nothing can be bought.

Resorts that cannot close

Most of the commercial work here is phased around occupancy, with duplicated plant on critical items and a spares kit physically on the property. A part that takes two days to Mahé can take a fortnight to reach a Praslin resort in season.

Vallée de Mai and the interior

Inland Praslin is steep, forested and partly protected. Properties on the hillside have the same carry and drainage problems as Glacis with the added constraint of a crossing, so panel sizes are set by the barge first and the path second.
