The lift decides the panel size
We measure the service lift — height, width, depth and diagonal — before quoting and make every panel to pass it with room to turn. Where a component truly cannot go up in the lift, we either redesign it or book a crane, and the quote says which before anything ships.
The slab, before anything holds water
Water, tub and bathers together can pass a tonne; a tiled basin weighs more still. On a suspended terrace slab that is a structural question, and the building's engineer answers it before we price anything. It is one of the few things we refuse outright without that answer.
The terrace membrane is the other half of the problem. One designed for rain is not automatically fit to live under a permanently wet installation, so we inspect it and, where needed, detail a new one.
Drainage, noise and management approval
A tub emptying on a terrace releases far more water at once than the outlet was designed for, so the discharge is designed rather than left to the existing gully. Building managers get an elevation drawing, the location of every piece of plant and its sound level; the chiller itself goes in a louvred box on rubber mounts.
Power on the thirtieth floor
Towers usually run on a building generator with limited capacity for tenants. We confirm what your apartment's supply and the building's changeover can carry before choosing between a convection heater and an infrared cabin, and we put the plunge chiller on the circuit that stays live.

On Eko Atlantic and the newer Victoria Island towers the terraces are often designed with planters and pools in mind, which helps; in older Ikoyi blocks the slab may never have been meant to carry more than furniture, and a lighter infrared cabin with a cold shower can be the honest answer.
