Infrared cabins for apartments

In a Casablanca or Rabat apartment there is rarely three-phase power, a drain or a spare four square metres. An infrared cabin needs none of them.

Infrared cabins for apartments

What it is and is not

Infrared heats you rather than the room: 45-60 °C, 1.5 to 2.5 kW from an ordinary socket, ready in twelve to fifteen minutes. There is no water on stones and no löyly. We do not sell it as a sauna, because it is not one.

What it gives you is a room you can actually have. No ONEE application, no flue, no waterproofing, no drain, and it comes apart and moves when the lease does.

Panels and wiring

Full-spectrum carbon panels front, back and under the bench, with low-EMF wiring — the panels sit close to your skin for half an hour at a time, and the spec sheet is worth reading before you buy anything infrared from anyone.

Where it goes

The end of a bedroom, a wide hallway, or a glazed balcony with a roof. It wants a flat floor, ten centimetres of clearance behind for the cable and a socket on its own circuit.

In short

  • Ordinary 220 V socket, 1.5–2.5 kW, ready in 12–15 minutes
  • No drain, no flue, no waterproofing, no ONEE application
  • Full-spectrum carbon panels, low-EMF wiring spec available
  • Flat-packed, assembled in an afternoon, moves when you do
Questions

Infrared cabins in Morocco

Is infrared worth it if I can use a public hammam?

They do different things. The hammam is social, humid and long; infrared is private, dry and quick, and it is there at eleven at night. Most of our infrared clients use both.

Can it go on a balcony?

On a glazed or covered balcony with a sheltered socket, yes. Open to the rain, no.

What does a session cost to run?

At about 2 kW for forty minutes, roughly 1.3 kWh. Multiply by your ONEE tariff band — it is closer to a kettle than an air conditioner.
