Read more →Padel has grown faster in Morocco than anywhere else we work, and the clubs that opened first are now competing on what happens after the match rather than on the courts.
Indicative band: 70 – 150 thousand MAD, supplied and installed in Morocco.

Size the zone on the ninety minutes after the evening bookings end, not on the member list. Two to four minutes in the water plus changeover gives roughly ten to fifteen people per tub per hour, so a busy Casablanca club needs three or four positions, not one.
Court bookings arrive in blocks, which makes club demand spikier than a gym's. We usually recommend one more tub and a smaller sauna than the owner first has in mind.
There will be water everywhere. Falls to a channel drain, a non-slip surface that survives chlorine, a towel point that stops people walking wet across the courts.
A 900-litre tub is nearly a tonne before anyone gets in. On a ground slab that is nothing; on a suspended floor it is a structural question we ask before quoting.
Circulation, cartridge filtration and an ozone or UV stage, a visible cleaning schedule, and a rinse shower at the entry point. Members who rinse first turn a weekly water change into a monthly one.
Three or four for a busy evening, because bookings end in blocks and everyone arrives together. One is a bottleneck that members stop using.
Plan the drainage and the water supply now even if the room comes in year two. Retrofitting a drain through a finished floor costs more than the room.
Chiller electricity is the main line and it is seasonal — high in July and August, modest in winter. We give you a monthly figure with the quote.
