Space for the whole sequence

With room to spare we build the full arrangement outdoors: hammam or sauna, plunge, rinse shower and a shaded rest bench under a pergola, with the plant hidden behind planting. That completeness is what turns a room used twice a week into one used most evenings.

Palm shade is the other gift. A plunge basin under palms in the Palmeraie holds temperature far better than the same basin on an exposed terrace, and the chiller runs less for it.

Villas that are still being finished

A lot of Palmeraie work happens on houses under construction, which is the cheapest moment. Drainage, a three-phase run and a level plinth cost almost nothing while the ground is open and a great deal afterwards.

Dust from the piste

Several Palmeraie lanes are unsurfaced, and dust is what kills chiller condensers here. We fit washable pre-filters, site units away from the approach and shorten the service interval to three months through the dry season.
