At this level the suite is a booking reason. That changes the brief from adequate to memorable: stone rather than tile, a circuit that flows, a rest area that is genuinely restful, and plant that an auditor can walk into.

Brand standards bring documentation with them — water testing regimes, recorded parameters, a log book and trained staff. We build to that and provide all of it.

Duplicated plant, because nothing may close

A resort suite in high season cannot go dark because one generator scaled. Duplicated plant on critical items, isolation valves on each room, and a spares kit on site with part numbers.

Island logistics make that last point more important here than almost anywhere: a part that takes three days in Europe can take three weeks here.

Cyclone and season

The suite is anchored to the same standard as everything else, and the operating routine includes the pre-season and post-season checks. Heavy building work is scheduled outside both the cyclone season and the peak, which leaves a genuinely narrow window that we plan around rather than ignore.
