At this level the suite is a booking reason. That changes the brief from adequate to memorable: stone rather than tile, a circuit that flows, a rest area that is genuinely restful, and plant that an auditor can walk into.

Brand standards bring documentation with them — water testing regimes, recorded parameters, a log book and trained staff. We build to that and provide all of it.

Duplicated plant, because nothing may close

A resort suite in high season cannot go dark because one generator scaled. Duplicated plant on critical items, isolation valves on each room, and a spares kit on site with part numbers.

Island logistics make that last point more important here than almost anywhere: a part that takes three days in Europe can take three weeks here.

The plant room is sized for that reality: room to reach every pump and generator, isolation on each circuit, and shelving for the spares kit, so a technician can swap a part during the night rather than closing the suite for a morning.

Cyclone and season

The suite is anchored to the same standard as everything else, and the operating routine includes the pre-season and post-season checks. Heavy building work is scheduled outside both the cyclone season and the peak, which leaves a genuinely narrow window that we plan around rather than ignore.

Who builds it

Of the 1,450 projects we have completed since 1987, 220 are hotel spas — for Hilton, Hyatt, Sofitel, Rixos and Kempinski among others. For a Mauritian resort the rooms, steam plant and benching are manufactured and pre-assembled in Istanbul and sent to Port Louis, where our crew installs them while the building work continues.
