What happens here

Timber arrives and is conditioned in Lagos humidity rather than in a dry warehouse before it is cut. End grain is sealed as it is cut, before any panel goes together — invisible in the finished cabin and the reason our work survives on the lagoon.

Every cabin is dry-assembled in full in the yard, photographed and numbered before it is taken apart for delivery. Two days here saves a week on a site where a crane is already booked.

Our own power, for the obvious reason

The workshop runs on the same arrangement we design for clients: grid when it is there, inverter and batteries most of the time, generator behind that. Machinery is sequenced so the big loads never start together.

It is a useful demonstration. When we tell a client how we would place their heater and chiller, we are describing what we already do with a spindle moulder and a dust extractor.

Come and see it

We would rather you sat in a cabin than looked at a render. There is a working sauna, a plunge at temperature, the timber stack and the panel jigs. A visit takes half an hour and it is the best thirty minutes you will spend on this decision.
