When the occupant is an organisation rather than an owner, the questions become who owns the installation at the end of a posting and whether it can be removed without making good. We build a demountable specification — bolted frame, a single service connection point, nothing chased into the structure.

Handover documentation matters more here too. Facilities teams want an operating manual, a service schedule and a named contact, and we provide all three as a matter of course.

Indoor suites, discreetly

Most of what we build in Asokoro goes indoors: a converted outbuilding, a lower floor, a guest wing. One drainage line, one plant panel, three steps from hot to cold, and nothing visible from outside.

The three things that must be in the build drawing are the drain with a fall, the ducted extract and the cable run. Everything after that is finishes.

Quiet and secure

Plant on anti-vibration mounts inside a louvred enclosure, contractor access scheduled and documented, and deliveries consolidated so that a single vehicle visits rather than five. On a street like this that is not a courtesy, it is a requirement.
