The evening peak decides the layout

Guests here arrive at the spa after the sun goes and leave when dinner opens. That ninety-minute window is what everything is sized on: two plunge positions per eight sauna seats, a rest area with enough loungers, and a circuit that does not require crossing a public corridor in a towel.

A suite that works at eight in the evening in February is a suite that gets written about.

Duplicated plant and documented water

Critical items duplicated, isolation valves on each room, a documented water regime with a log book an auditor can read, and a spares kit with part numbers on the property. On Praslin that kit is the difference between a fortnight closed and an afternoon.

Staff training that sticks

Two days at handover on operation, chemistry, testing and the log, then a return at six months to check the log is being kept. Resort teams turn over, and the six-month visit is what stops the suite quietly degrading in year two.
