What a fifteen-year-old spa looks like inside

Opening one up usually reveals the same four things: a scaled generator, a membrane that failed at the corners, corroded fixings, and a chiller that has been running flat out for years because it was never sized for a tropical year.

We survey before quoting, because a refit priced from a walk-through changes price in week two.

Refits without closing

We phase by room behind dust screens: the sauna is rebuilt in a week while the steam room stays open, then the reverse. Guests lose one room at a time rather than the whole amenity.

A second life, specified properly

A refit is the moment to fix what was wrong originally: A4 stainless throughout, sealed plant enclosure, water treatment, an insulated lid on the plunge, and a service interval that matches the island rather than a European manual.
