A Nungwi property full from June to October and again in December cannot lose a wing to a building site. We phase by room behind screens, work the shoulder months where the calendar allows, and agree noise windows in writing before we start.

Where a resort wants the suite open by high season we work backwards from that date, including the ferry leg, rather than forwards from the deposit.

Duplicated plant, because a part takes weeks

A steam generator that scales in the middle of August cannot wait for a shipment. Critical items are duplicated, each room has isolation valves, and a spares kit with part numbers sits on site. On this island that box is worth more than any equipment upgrade.

Salt everywhere, including where guests never look

Full marine specification and a corrosion inspection at every service visit. We also photograph the plant at handover so a facilities team six months later can see what has changed.
