Staff wellbeing as the business case
Several of our Gigiri installations were approved as staff retention rather than luxury: field teams rotating back to Nairobi, long hours, and a residence that has somewhere to decompress. That argument reaches a budget holder in a way a spa brochure does not.
Procurement and documentation
Formal quotations, phased invoicing, compliance documentation and a named contact. We are used to this and we do not treat it as an inconvenience.
Installations are built to the demountable specification as standard, because the occupant will change.
Practicalities
Plots are generous and level, access is good, supply is usually three-phase. The complexity here is contractual rather than technical, which makes it one of the more predictable parts of Nairobi to work in.
